Went picnic with JMMz last sunday at Botanic Gardens.. Ber fetch me early morning 915am.. Weather tat day was great.. has been raining everyday without fail tat week.. heng ah... We meet the rest at the Botanic Gardens Carpark...

My Super Easy Tiramisu Recipe!

Have been cracking my head what should i bring for the picnic outing at botanic gardens with JMMz (Jie Mei Mengz).. the best dish i can make is almond jelly which Fang already warn me not to make tat... With my limited knowledge of cooking (ya la, i'm from home economics, but tat was loooooooong time ago le leh), while shopping in Muji, saw this pre-mix Tiramisu pack and decided to try it out for our picnic....
About $6.50 a pack for 3 - 4 pax serving, bought 2 packs!

Here are my ingredients!! There's actually a pack of cocoa powder inside the pre-mix pack, afraid it might not be enough, i bought the whole tub of Hershey's Cocoa powder! Why cant they sell in smaller tub leh...

I should be getting the Lady Fingers Biscuits but cant find it in NTUC.. so i bought this round baumkuchen cakes, just nice its a sponge cake and its round in shape! Fit the cups well!

1st soak the cakes in Espresso

Place in the bottom of the cups

The ready mix powder need only to add milk and whisk! EASY BIG TIME!

Pour over the cakes, put in fridge to set...

Sprinkle the cocoa powder before eating! TAT's ALL!! Yeah...
