Day 1 - 28 May (Thur)

My first trip to Phuket, Thailand with sabsab.. We took AirAsia from SG..

??? See wat?

Alamak.... eh uncle ah, can put ur hand down or not? Lucky u got no BO ah...

Less than 2 hours, we reached Phuket! As we booked a day tour to PhiPhi island earlier on through the net, the tour company actually provide free airport transfer for us! Cool! We therefore saved up some taxi money lo.. Happy to see the driver waiting for us at the gate outside airport!

Courtyard by Marriott at Patong Beach is the hotel we stayed.
Promotion price S$90 per nite inclu. breakfast.. great bargain! Its a new hotel juz opened Jan this year!

When we reach Phuket is alr late afternoon...for the first day guess we cant do much.. decided to stroll down Patong beach, walk our way to Junceylon the shopping mall at Patong..

Patong Beach is just 5mins away from our hotel.. was drizzling earlier on, not many ppl on the beach...

Not super fantastic but eatable la... haha...

About 10 - 15 mins walk to reach Jungceylon...

Lotsa similar facial shops at the mall... wah say.. v open concept leh!

We bought lotsa dried fruits back!

Thai Iced Tea... is super duper SWEET!

We did some retail therapy at Robinson .. Jungceylon is quite big, consist 3 different wings, with Carrefour also inside... For girls, go thailand, first thing to buy is of cos undergarments la! Haha... compare to SG is 50% off leh! Bought some and kinda regret i didnt buy more! Hehee... And v surprise to see the selection of swimwear there is huge! Though is not dirt cheap with the international swimwear brands, but the selection is definately alot better than SG.. Next round i should buy some back!

After some shopping, we went dinner at Fuji Restaurant..

All of u must be tinking, sala bo...go thailand eat jap??? Haha... Bo sala... cos its nice n cheap! We had a Mixed Sashimi, Tenzaru Soba and Fried Salmon only about S$17 per pax!

Sabsab love the bottled green tea so much that she bought 4 more back to hotel!

Day 2 - 29 May (Fri)

Breakfast at Hotel... variety not much.. we got tired subsequently.. cos everyday similar food.. haha

The only food that we like from this hotel breakfast is Meatball Porridge..

Opposite us is Holiday Inn Resort

We hired a driver for half a day today to go round phuket for some sightseeing.. 5 hours for about S$40.
First stop is Karon View Point.

They are sleeping! Not dead! Phuket dogs all like to laze around... mayb weather too warm to run about? Haha...

Karon is about half an hour ride from patong... another beautiful beach...
From the viewpoint, able to see Karon Beach, Karon Noi and Kata Beach..

Our next destination - Promthep Cape..

Our agent told us, we have to come here if not is like we have not been to phuket! Haha...

Lunch at my fave S&P at Central Festival Mall near Phuket Town... Central Festival is another big shopping mall in Phuket.. with main anchor Central Dept Store.

After our lunch and some shopping, we went to TanTara Spa introduced by our driver.. Spend about S$90 for a 2.5hours Jacuzzi, Scrub and Massage.. Not cheap wor! Hmm.. tot is good but end up quite disappointing! Jacuzzi water looks yellowish with lizard & ants crawling near the pool definately a turn off (although is supposed to be like a outdoor natural feel!).. massage wasnt great..feel that is not hard enough...

Some distance to go back patong about 30mins ride.. We decided to try out our MoMo cafe Pizza for dinner..

They are having a Create your own pizza promotion going at 299Baht which is abt S$13 for a Medium Pizza with appetizer and a drink! Happy! Qio Dio again... hahaha.. (Shitty, that we spent unwisely at the spa.. this meal is a consolation bah...)

Day 3 - 30 May (Sat)

Today is our PhiPhi Island Day Trip! Thank god the weather is great today! Have been raining since we touch down... We waited for the man to pick us up at our hotel lobby early in the morning 8am.. His small bus is supposed to pick a group of guest from varies hotel to the jetty.. We paid abt S$72 each pax for this day trip to phiphi by speed boat,inclusive of lunch and snorkelling..

Manage to chope a good seat the back of the speed boat.. Well the ride is quite bumpy, sea was rough tat morning.. there's free refreshment for us on board.. cold drinks and fruits... We had a great almost 1 hour "massage" to reach PhiPhi... Finally! So long!

The 1 hour bumpy ride is definately worth while! Look at the turquoise water.... Wooooo....

Our tour guide for the day... Mr Beyonce... hahaha... he is so cute and funny! We had a great time with him on board!

Too bad can only stay for 30mins... off we go to another destination..

Next is Monkey bay to feed monkeys...

Lotsa monkeys there.. all not v big in size.. quite a no. of baby monkeys we spotted! Kawaii!

Next is snorkelling at the middle of no where! Haha.. some where near the Pileh Cove, the speed boat juz stop in the middle of the sea near the reefs, we juz jump off like tat! Haha.. Cool man! And the water is simply super concentrated salt water lo... Kiam dao!!!!!!!!

Alamak.. Difficult to control.. i'm floating further n further! Haha..

Heheh.. manage to shot some fishes under water! Heng ah! Cos of the sunlight.. and underwater, i simply cant see wat i'm shooting.. juz shoot blindly lo!

Arh.. a cup of cold 7-up after snorkelling! Heaven...

Went to another destination, PhiPhi Don for lunch...

Our buffet lunch... taste quite bad.. but reali hungry so gotta force ourselves to eat some...

Ordered a small cold beer to share...

After an hour break.. got back to the speedboat again.. our final destination, Khai Island

Khai Island - a small island by itself...

We had an hour to relax around the beach..

Under the umbrella...ela ela ela... Gotta pay for the seats ok! Few bucks only though..

Nice beach though the corals and shells is juz too much at the bay.. ouch!

Our beyonce cont his job to serve us refreshment when back on board..

Back to the jetty and same driver drove us back to hotel...

After wash up, we decided to have dinner at Jungceylon and follow by a foot massage at Let's Relax Spa nearby...

Eat steamboat this round.. cos we saw it the day b4 and looks good!

We ordered Veg, mushrooms, toufu, shabu pork, prawns & etc... had a hearty dinner with the hot soup...
S$35 total bill...

Went for a foot massage after dinner at Let's Relax Spa nearby.. GOsh FANTASTIC.. its soooo comfy! Cos us about less than $20 for Hand & Feet massage for 2 hours...

Day 4 - 31 May (Sun)

Too bad sabsab got sunburn when at Phiphi day trip, our plan to tan at our hotel rooftop pool have to cancel.. so we decided to go back to Lets Relax Spa for a day of rest n relax!

Ambience and service was great there... except for the irritating receptionist we dislike.. haha..

We opt for a 2 hours yogurt wrap and massage...well its reali good! Love it! We got hooked and decided to come back at night for Traditional Thai massage! Last day alr mah! Cheong ah!

Lunch at 101 Cafe which serve reasonable priced fushion food..

Me went for a Manicure + Pedicure for only S$25! Cool!

Nice ice cream from Cream & Fudge...

The ice cream here are all mixed with brownies or cakes upon serving.. shoik!

We went Millenium Resort to kpo kpo.. nice place! Its a hotel within Jungceylon.. v convenient...

Took a taxi to Paan Yaah Restaurant, south patong..

Great seaview and overview of whole patong area...

A stand alone quiet restaurant by the main road.. away from the main hussle..

Had a big feast that dinner which cost us S$40 for 2 pax! Unbelievable price.. a set for 2 comes with Pandan Chicken, Tom Yum Goong, Omelette, Veg, Whole Fish, Prawns & Mussels...plus great scenery!
